Emergency Tiebreaker Rule
A game is tied and the following inning needs to be the last. *
Each team will begin their time at bat with a runner at second base.
The runner will be the last batter from the previous inning.
The previous batter may be used if the scheduled runner has an injury.
* 8th or later inning (unless a time limit has been in force and been exceeded)
